Hiragana is the foundational Japanese syllabary. For learners of Japanese as a second language, it should be mastered before studying kanji.
The Hiragana Practice Set provides an introduction, a stroke order page, and practice pages. After download, print the pages needed to practice writing the hiragana. It is recommended that the user write each hiragana only once per practice session, quickly moving to the next hiragana until all have been practiced one time. Then engage in another practice session when ready. The learner will soon remember all of the hiragana.

The Katakana Practice Set provides an introduction, a stroke order page, and practice pages. After download, print the pages needed to practice writing the katakana. It is recommended that the user write each katakana only once per practice session, quickly moving to the next katakana until all have been practiced one time.
